Client: PE backed - International digital media influencer company

Challenge:  Digital media company was burning cash creating content.  They were not able to be monetize the content.  The company had an exceptional influencer following in the hispanic market.

Solution: Deployed experienced Executive to develop KPI’s, assess and refine the value proposition and develop a sales strategy to monetize the audience.

Results: Executive was able to work with all stake-holders at the company to revise the plan to include a go to market strategy that included marketing to large consumer products companies.  The consumer product companies were able to market their products to an ethnic market previously untapped.  The Company was able to monetize it’s influencer database and drive revenue with their partnerships of conglomerate consumer products companies.

Client: PE backed - International SAAS company in consumer luxury goods

Challenge:  Acquired multiple international companies in highly regulated countries.  Cash burn was out of control, Venture debt was pushing PE company to get costs under control and establish a reasonable path to profitability.

Solution: Deployed experienced Executive to assess operations, quickly determine cash burn, establish realistic financial model and establish a path to profitability.

Results: Executive was able to work in a multi-national environment to assess the divisions, establish KPI’s and goals, including cash burn.  Implemented a plan to integrate the organizations and reduce redundancy across the board.  The revised structure included cross functional teams, cross selling of products, removing the silos and developed collaboration across all entities and countries.  The re-organization resulted in the company being able to raise additional capital and streamlining operations.

 

Client: PE backed – Global engineering, consulting, and technical services firm. 

Challenge:  Acquired multiple international companies to expand technical capabilities, diversify portfolio, and deepen customer relationships within the desired marketplace. Rigid business processes, inexperienced leadership, and divergent cultures at the acquired firms challenged integration. Attrition levels were high and new leaders actively resisted the acquired company’s culture. The portfolio company needed to slow the exits, focus on integrating the new leaders and technical staff into the culture, remove silos, and minimize disruption to the business.  

Solution: Deployed experienced Executive to assess organization and leadership team, quickly determined role, people process, and culture gaps. Established the organization and leadership construct and coached leaders on the corporate leadership model helping them assimilate into a unified culture.  Implemented a risk management and talent retention strategy to align and integrate leadership teams and refocus efforts on the business. Advised, upskilled, and successfully transitioned and integrated people teams from acquired firms.  

Results:  Executive worked across corporate divisions and business units to assess the cultures, leadership capabilities, and retention issues. Established models, tailored playbooks, and implemented plans to transition leaders, align cultures, and retain top talent.  Coached leaders to implement a strategy for identifying and integrating key leaders and top talent that improved communication, streamlined systems, matured people operations, and minimized disruption. The structured approach to leadership integration resulted in identifying and transitioning leaders quickly, retaining top talent, and accelerating the people and cultural integration in subsequent acquisitions
