KELLY ANDERSON, CPA - Founder & CEO

It all began with an idea. With over 25 years as a financial executive and a board member, across various industries, I realized that there was a gap in providing executive talent. Most executive talent providers have never been a C-level executive and don’t have the knowledge to have the peer to peer discussion on filling gaps and building teams. In addition, the flexibility of providing various solutions was a key factor in how I approached the CXO model.

I have spent my career building teams and developing results-driven solutions. I am looking forward to partnering with your company on solving your X in your executive human capital gaps that meet your goals.

MIKE ANDREWS, Co-Founder

I am an Operating Executive with broad experience across energy (OGP, utility, generation and infrastructure), industrial, value-add distribution, energy related cleantech companies and UAS/Data Analytics industries.  I have spent my career navigating Teams through high-stress situations (turnarounds & rapid expansions).

The roles I have filled include Member of Global Operating Committee and SEC registered insider of a Fortune 500 company, CEO / Board positions with various private businesses and Managing Partner of a private investment firm that I founded, Hawkstone Capital Group, aligning Founder Owners with Operating Executives in majority stake buyouts.

Kim Clark Pakstys - Interim CHRO Practice Leader

I am an interim CHRO, Operating Executive and Board Advisor with broad experience in cyber, ICT, aerospace and defense, health care, education industries and research centers.  I work with boards and CXOs to navigate complex changes, transform and restructure organizations, transition leaders, manage workforce shifts, and plan for and integrate acquisitions and manage risks associated with industry disruptions and operational/digital transformation. I have successfully advised and coached thousands of leaders at Fortune 100, Technology Top 100, public and private research institutes and start-ups through industry disruptions and organizational transformations with a focus on accretion, synergies, talent, and value creation.

Previously, I founded, grew, and exited a transformation consulting firm serving the Public Sector. I held senior leadership, operations, P&L, and corporate and organization development positions at BDO, HCL, PwC, Kaplan, WANG, Getronics, Emhart, Black & Decker, Litton PRC, Inc., boutique consulting firms, and start-ups.  

I earned an MA in Organization Development and a BSBA from The Ohio State University, Fisher School.

Ken Anthony, MBA, Partner

I am a Senior Financial Executive that successfully transitioned into Executive Recruiting where I developed business, recruited engagement partners, and implemented strategic marketing initiatives.   I’ve worked in over ten industries, led teams in all phases of a company’s growth cycle, and know that great companies require superior executive talent to outperform the marketplace and grow their businesses.  Throughout my career I have cultivated an extensive network of business partners and executives with a sense of urgency in producing tangible results for their teams.

I am also a Certified Public Accountant with active licenses in New York State and Georgia.  I graduated from St. Bonaventure University (BBA), Holy Cross School of Theology (M.Div), and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business (MBA).  In addition, I am a competitive dancer.

Michelle D. Griffin, MBA - Family Office Practice Leader

I support high net worth families, business owners and professional services experts in identifying their outsourced business development opportunities, exploring financial servicing needs, and supporting family office infrastructure & talent search.

I am a seasoned professional of Chicago headquartered Northern Trust, with 25+ years of diversified financial services experience. During my tenure at Northern Trust, I was in the Family & Private Investment Offices Group as SVP & Director for the West Region, worked for the Asset Management Group representing institutionally managed investment portfolios, was in the Large Corporate Banking Group, managing and developing Fortune 500 relationships in the Western States USA, and Wall Street & Financial Markets Institutional relationships.

I earned a B.S. degree from Purdue University, an MBA degree from Case Western Reserve University, and hold the TEP designation from STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners), have an active CTP (Certified Treasury Professional through the Assoc. of Financial Professionals) and carry a FINRA Series 7 & 66 Licenses.

I am a member of the Leadership Team for Orange County, CA’s Ellevate Network (a global community of women committed fostering gender equality in the workplace), a member of WCD (Women Corporate Directors) BoardNext, and am an advisor to a private family foundation in Irvine, CA.

I am an advocate and speaker on the subject of financial literacy education for women at all stages of life.
